This course introduces all team members to the essentials of affordable housing. You’ll explore the concept of affordable housing “two buckets,” learn LIHTC in plain English, get familiar with the Big 4 terms, take a snapshot of compliance leasing, and understand hard stops with what to say to prospects. By the end, everyone will share a common map and language, giving the whole team a solid foundation to build on.
